Desalter Packages
We offer Desalter packages for a variety of facilities used to treat brackish water or to remove impurities from crude oil.
The desalting process is known to be the first process in crude oil refining. The aim of the desalting system is to reduce the impurities (salts) from the aqueous phase in the oil to acceptable levels.
Dehydration Packages
We offer Dehydration packages, which will be used to remove water from the gas stream. We can offer all available Dehydration methods based on Glycol. Dehydration packages are usually installed in gas treatment plants when dry gas is needed. Water absorption with TriEthylene Glycol (TEG) is one common process used for gas dehydration.
Gas Sweetening Packages
Besides water and salts, natural gas streams may contain hydrogen sulphide (H2S) and carbon dioxide (CO2). These gases and sour gases are corrosive to steels. Industry offers several methods for the removal of these acidic (sour) components, called gas sweetening. Typical processes use amines, physical solvents, or membranes.
PMRPE offers the complete Sweetening package, including service and delivery.
Nitrogen Generation Packages
Gaseous nitrogen is used in the oil and gas industry to decrease the risk of fire, explosion, or oxidation. Gaseous nitrogen can be used for instrument panel purging, flare header purging, pipeline and tank purging, instrument panel purging, dry gas seal, and storage tank blanketing.
PMRPE can offer customized PSA and membrane Nitrogen Generation packages.
Flow meter packages and metering skids
We provide engineered flow solutions for process and custody transfer applications, from metering systems to redundant sampling and prover solutions and dedicated solutions for wet gas and multiphase measurement.
